What is the difference between a corporate apartment and a suite hotel room?
Our properties are fully furnished apartments with full sized washers, dryers and refrigerators as opposed to a small hotel room with a kitchenette. Like any other resident of an apartment community, you'll enjoy the property's fitness equipment, pools, tennis courts and other recreation areas.

What is the minimum amount of time I can stay in a corporate apartment?
Most of our locations require a minimum stay of thirty days although special arrangements could be possible depending on the location and time of year. Please speak to your Weichert Corporate Housing sales representative.

What amenities are included in a furnished corporate apartment?
Our corporate apartments are equipped with all the necessities for everyday living.  Weichert includes all utilities, basic cable, local phone service, high speed internet, furnishings, and linens in all of our apartments.  As well, maid service, garage parking (where available) and long distance may be added at an additional cost.

Are pets allowed?
Many of Weichert's corporate apartments allow pets with the payment of an additional fee. Please contact one of your Weichert Corporate Housing sales representatives who can provide a list of these properties.
