WCH Recognized as a Top Performer in 2025 Trippel Survey
We’re thrilled to share some fantastic news from the 2025 Trippel Relocation Managers’ Survey—WCH has once again been recognized as one of the top providers in the temporary housing industry!
Each year, the Trippel Relocation Managers’ Survey—conducted by Trippel Survey & Research, LLC©—delivers an independent, data-driven assessment of relocation service providers (specifically, relocation mortgage, corporate temporary housing services, and rental-destination services). Known for its objectivity and depth, this survey is the only impartial and unbiased industry-wide ranking of the quality of temporary housing services based on input from the corporate managers who purchase them. The results allow HR and corporate mobility professionals to accurately assess the ability of providers to meet their performance standards and deliver positive employee experiences.
This year’s survey draws on direct feedback from 172 corporate mobility professionals, who evaluate providers based on real-world performance. Driven by our outstanding team’s unwavering dedication and excellence, WCH proudly secured the #2 spot among 15 top-tier corporate housing providers!
Here are some of the other brag-worthy survey highlights:
- Overall Satisfaction Score: 6.11 out of 7
- Industry Average (Overall Satisfaction): 5.77
- Net Satisfaction Rating: 83%
- Industry Average (Net Satisfaction): 55%
According to survey architect Alan Trippel, Net Satisfaction is the strongest and most meaningful indicator of service quality. Achieving a rating that far exceeds the industry average is a powerful testament to our team’s relentless drive to deliver innovative solutions and consistently exceptional service.
We’re proud to be setting the benchmark for excellence in corporate temporary housing.
“These scores mean a lot to us, signifying that as the business landscape changes, our company is keeping pace, maintaining our twenty-two-year legacy as a trusted leader in delivering bespoke housing options to closely fit the unique needs of each mobile employee and business traveler.”
